Clear Seal™ 100% Urethane Single-Part is a single-part urethane coating that creates a protective film for painted and unpainted surfaces. This product creates a hard glossy film that is more UV resistant, stain resistant, and hot tire resistant than that of Clear-Seal™ acrylic urethane. It also protects against physical abrasion and spills. For a faster cure time use the Clear-Seal™ 100% Urethane Two-Part Kit, which also increases physical and chemical resistance.

How to Use
1) Prepare Surface
To apply, surfaces must be clean, dry, and structurally sound. Surface moisture content must be less than 15% as measured with an electronic moisture meter. Do not apply if relative humidity is greater than 80%.
2) Stir Product
Stir well for 5-10 minutes.
3) Apply Clear Seal™ 100%
Pour into paint tray. Using 3/4 inch nap roller, apply even coat to horizontal or vertical surface. For best results, apply solution in cross-hatch pattern. WARNING: Make sure surface has been completely dry for at least 48 hours prior to application. Before applying additional coats, make sure that the surface is dry to the touch.
